What can't I do with my Web space?

Attempts to bring down our servers are forbidden. No warez, hacking, illegal activity, or hate group sites are allowed. Such sites are warned, then removed. In addition, you aren't allowed to use your e-mail to send Spam.

Are my log files counted towards my allotted space?

Your log files are not counted towards your space used.

Are there any additional costs?

There are no additional costs. The only fees you need to pay are for the web hosting and domain name. Our prices are straight-forward and there are no strings attached.

Simply fill out the order form on-line. We will help you to transfer an existing domain or to register a new domain to host on our servers.

How much time does it take to install a virtual domain?

Space will be provided within 24 hours after having received your complete orderform and money. After installation, we will send you an e-mail with your username, password and IP-address.

Do you provide access to the internet?

Not, you need a local provider of your choice to have access to the internet, to maintain your site and to read mails.

To add, remove(distance) and forward POP3-boxes you have to use the option "Mail Manager" in the control panel.

Not. This is a standard option.

It is possible to advertise the site by the use of spam?

Using spam breaks the rules of web hosting on our servers. The site of any client who has dispatched non requested e-mails will be switched off within 24 hours. Unused prepayments will be lost in this case.

I made a decision to close my hosting account. How can i do it?

Notification to cancel Your account needs to be made by the 25th of the preceeding month. Please process your cancellation request through our the special form. Please be sure to remove any data You want to retain, since once we cancel the account the data is lost.
